Very intriguing composition.  The relatively bright tree at the end of the peninsula is perfect, and thank goodness for the grasses along the bottom.

This is very appealing, it seems surreal, dream like and with almost tangible atmosphere, I like the composition and the dark colours interspersed with the brighter flashes, there is a hint, just a suggestion of something in the background that adds to the mystery of the shot, and of course the illuminated foreground grasses that add great contrast. It is different, and I really like it!

I wonder how you got the bright colors.  Regardless of whatever tinkering occurred, the end product is wonderful.  I particularly like the grass toward the bottom of the frame, which gives kind of a call and answer between the two shores.

Hi Linda, This is very nice. The light hitting the trees across the water and their reflections are my first visual attraction but my eyes keep coming to the grasses in the foreground. At first a distraction but after viewing for a while I actually like it. Its a good POV. Take care.

Linda, THis has an impressionist feel to it, with the dark sky with faint traces of clouds and the elements of color and grasses just emerging from he darkness. The grass in the foreground in a nice touch. 

Great work, the colors and composition works great to build up the "mood" in this shoot, lovely work.
