The cool tones of winter..

The thumbnail drew my eye - I felt a huge sense of peace when looking at this image - perfect quality and the composition is harmonious and so pleasing to the eye!

Very good work, however, there might be a (sensor dust) speck in the skies and maybe also on the water? Or are there birds (ducks etc.)? I get distracted a bit - but just a bit - by the pole in the background which seems to show remnants of a horizontal beam / support to carry a former pier / jetty. I would erase these horizontal parts. Just a personal opinion. Anyway, like this photo very much. Inspiring. Ciao. Volker

Great blues with a hint of pink on the horizon.  I wouldn't change anything with the elements in the photo, and I think the square format works very well here.  If I were to experiment, I'd try darkening the sky a bit and increasing its contrast as well.  That might be a nice counterbalance to the smoothness of the water.  Overall a very nice photo.
