This is wonderful. Reminds me of similar picture published in Life. The really is the busy street and the couple who cares less as to what goes around them at this moment.

The top of the buildings don't add to the picture theme and are distracting. Consider cropping  to the top of the light pole and some on the left but keep the NYPD sign in tact. See if you think that the picture become very forceful? Regards, ifti.

This one is really amazing and a masterpiece.  Iv been frozen for a moment for this capture. Brilliant juxtapose of motion blur of ordinary ( love-free ) life along with sharp bright ( love-rich ) moments! BRAVO!
