White Light

After a not very successful day's photography, retired to a local bar, sat

down, pointed camera up, and shot the best image of the day. (This is a

slight crop, converted to B&W in Lightroom).

I know very well this feeling and you succeed this shoot for G E

We all have them days John, but always feel more optimistic with a beer in my hand too!  : - )

I like what you have done with this, nothings as it first appears, it's slightly offset, the bulb isn't sitting straight in its socket , and theres more black space to the left of the shot, all these things contrive to make the image more interesting to me, the visible writing is also appealing.
