Fantastic sharpness, colors and pose of the bird. The choice of bg is spot on, although I would have liked to see the remaining part of the reflection. But that's a question of personal taste I guess.

MONTE !   I think this has to be one of your most artistic and beautiful compositons.  I agree with Neil's comments,  and in 'male fashion' this one is certainly 'sending a message' !  Beautiful soft colors, just the right amount of detail and sharpness to keep this with a 'artsy/almost dreamy' kind of feel.
