Thanks for viewing/comments! - Shot from a sailboat, nice part about

shooting from a boat is that you are there right where the bird is, the

disadvantage is that the boat keep .... rocking while you shoot and the

captain keeps changing direction .

Nice image - where was it shot?

Hi Phillip, this shot was taken in Windham Bay, Alaska if I remember correctly. Taken from a sailboat with the camera & lens mounted on a tripod with a gimbal head.
