Andrew,

Very, very nice! The color difference between her face (which seems perfect to me (on my monitor)) and her arm is slightly disconserting  however. Love the expression on her face.  It's going on my favorites list.

Diane,

I adjusted the arm brightness perhaps a bit too much and there is a  difference in color. I made the correction and replaced the image. Thanks a lot for being observant.

Vivid colour and soft lighting coupled to produce a beautiful portrait, the thoughtful expression and downcast eyes add a nice original touch.

Nice work Andrew!

Andrew,

I agree that this composition is much better. I like to see her facing into the picture rather than out of it. The toned down red on the material works much better. You could even tone down the material on her arm.

You have created a wonderful mood with a beautiful girl.

Nice shot,

Mark

"Lady in Red

I've never seen you looking so lovely as you did tonight
I've never seen you shine so bright
I've never seen so many men ask you if you wanted to dance
They're looking for a little romance, given half a chance
I have never seen that dress you're wearing
Or the highlights in your head that catch your eyes I have been blind
The lady in red is dancing with me cheek to cheek
There's nobody here, it's just you and me, It's where I wanna be
But I hardly know this beauty by my side
I'll never for get, the way you look tonight"

Clapton would have loved this shot..... oh yeah, I do too :-)... Mike

I`ve never seen you shine so bright..you were amazing
I`ve never seen so many people wanting to be there by your side
and when you turned to me and smiled you took my breathe away."

Hi Andrew,

Wow...this has to be one of the most beautiful portrait's I have viewed on photo.net.  Excellent image!! I tried to give you a 7 but because of your generous rating to me photo.net wouldn't let me, so you count my 6 as a 7.   Take care, Patsy
