Pierre Dumas 266 Posted May 12, 2010 You and John! I have 30.000 pictures in my computer, but I don't have the energy to expose them one by one!PDE Link to comment
ldavidson 4 Posted May 13, 2010 Pierre, this is a wonderful composition, very nicely balanced, clean and simple. You have the King Midas' Golden touch, whatever you touch you turn into art. Best wishes, Linda Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted May 13, 2010 I really like this effect, any clues as to how you achieved it?Very nice work Pierre!RegardsAlf Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 266 Posted May 14, 2010 Alf, I think it was first duplicate layer>find edges>desaturate>blending layers and eventually adjusting contrast/brightness on each layer separately! IE on the background and the layer copy of background! One problem may appear if you only blend opacity of the layer. The black, shaded areas will appear white and it looks not exactly logically! So you will have to blend using the bottom slider in order to emphasize the background dark tones! I wasn't doing that on this series and on some pictures it is very obvious!PDE Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 266 Posted October 24, 2015 Thank you, Chris! Simple method to make a drawing from a photo! Blending layers, filter I don't remember the name and discoloration! PDE Link to comment
