I really like this image. it has almost, fine pencil drawing quality to it that is very appealing, very simple and subtle, but very effective.

Sasha is a very pretty girl. I love your pencil effect. It is done very well. Her eyes are nice and sharp and the skin tone is very good. The white background works very well. Her subtle shadows add interest and help to create a nice illusion of depth within your photograph.

I would have taken out one of the catch lights in each eye. One catch light per eye is preferred.

You have centered her head, but I would crop a little off the right side so that there is more room in front of her than behind. This allows her to be facing into the picture rather than out. The compositional "rule" for this suggests that you position the tip of her nose in the vertical center of the photograph.

I'm not sure, but I may have taken a tad off the top and bottom. It looks good, but it just seems like too much room on the top and bottom? I have tried it to see what it looks like and I'm not sure it improves it any. I will have to think about it some more.
