Bubulcus ibis eating a big worm

Nice shot Giangiorgio! I wonder if the white area seems a bit smooth ? In any event, I test shot a sigmonster recently for my Canon and that kind of clear up how you got these type of shot.  That 300-800mm lens you got is one heavy lens, it makes the Canon 600mm seems light. :-)

Nice moment captured in this image. The whites seem to lack some details. I like the eel in the mouth.

Beautiful.  That's either a small bird or a mighty big worm.
