The photo is a real epitomy of people doing what they enjoy most, the joy is evident on the faces of your subjects, a very natural easy going look to the photograph with a good range of B & W tones and a great backdrop.

Thank you. You are right about these young girls enjoying what they do. They weren't there to rope cowboys, they were competitors and could rope and ride with the best of the men.

This is a beautifully executed shot Linda. Your black and white processing to me is 'vibrant'.......no flat or dull 'shades/hues'...I'm not really sure what you call them in B&W.....

You've captured the joy on their beautiful young faces, wonderful detail and with that dark sky overhead, you've captured the light 'par excellence'.......fine work....I must truly start experimenting in black and white....I've just always found my results dull...never satisfied....but this is inspiration for me! tnks for sharing! sincerely, Gail
