Amazing sky but for me the mountains in the background together with the brilliant reflections in the water is making this post-card material. "I love this location, but no photograph ever seems to do it justice". This phenomena fascinates me, I can relate very well, you just know that there must be a way of recording the beauty but no matter how terrific the light or what time of day, you are never able to quite capture the beauty that your eyes see. My suggestion would be to try and simplify your composition, my attention is drawn to the mist rising in the background while the white rail on the bridge offers foreground interest.

We are blessed indeed John, the variety and beauty of North Wales is hard to beat, the "Icebreak Amada" photo was taken about 30 minutes earlier, and I will post one at a later date taken at Barmouth another hour later the same day, it could be three different days, Thanks for your comments John Much Appreciated!

You know thats not a bad idea at all, the thing is I get very greedy, I see a beautiful panoramic scene, and want so much to capture all of it, I use quite often the SIGMA 10 -20mm which is a great lens, but even with this I sometimes find myself wishing it was wider. I appreciate that wise advice Jim, and will try to bear it in mind in future. Thank You!
