doug_gentry 0 Posted January 30, 2010 Andrew, I enjoy the darkness all around, Love the black! It's a much stronger feel ! Nice work! Regards, Doug. Link to comment
jerrymat 5 Posted January 31, 2010 I like this very much - you placed her just right by centering the nose from left to right. I get the feeling she is about to speak and say something important. Since I am not a fan of square format images I might suggest you crop evenly off both sides to make it more of a vertical rectangle. I would also be tempted to retouch one of the highlights out of each eye and perhaps increase the diameter of the remaining one. You have used the dark here very well with the faint texture of the coat just recognizable. The tonality works very well. Regards, Jerry Link to comment

william_staniforth 0 Posted February 2, 2010 The model , pose , lighting and conversion are spot on . I like the way her mouth is open , it's almost as if you caught her mid sentence . The black on black showing just enough detail is perfect . Link to comment
igorbasking 0 Posted February 12, 2010 Very interesting expression, darkness and expression make this picture to be very attractive. Really, great job. Link to comment
myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted February 12, 2010 I wrote above "sometimes but not here". I really like the photo. I suspect that my comment was in response to a critisim above that was later deleted. Sounds like my orphaned comment is bashing the photo which it was not. I had to explain. Link to comment
andrzejp 7 Posted February 12, 2010 Meir, Your original comment was just fine. It was in response to my question “Is too much black too much?” Link to comment
