The whimsical expression and askance gaze sell this snap shot. What brings it home is the solid exposure, the soft lighting. I like that there is no reflection in glasses, but I do wish the left eye was as clear as the right. Good job overall.

Very nice candid-that-isn't-really-candid. Great expression, good skin tone. I would lose the refracted image of the door frame in his glasses.

Thanks everyone for the comments. This was a very quick shot as Steve entered the room. The autofocus caught his ear and far eye as he was walking and I really didn't have time to do much else than shoot. Anyway, I like the expression and general composition.
