Your composition is good and autumn colors are perfect in opposition to cold fuzzy water. The main problem here is the dynamic range, you have full black big areas in the rocks and the sky is burned, this creates very harsh contrasts not very appealing. In my opinion, multiple exposures fix this kind of problem. Best regards. J.

There might be a couple of things that need attention as Jean- Pierre mentioned, but I have to say there are a lot of things that are just brilliant, the perspective, the composition, the textures, and the subject are all great.

You might be able to regain some of the darker area's in photoshop, the sky is a bit harder to rectify, but a crop from just above the bridge might be worth considering, but overall I think it is still a stunning image as it is!
