jorge.munoz 0 Posted August 4, 2005 I don't think this is funny. I guess the picture tries to show how (illegal) inmigrants travel to other countries where they hope to find a better life. Also, this is how they live once they get there. Maybe I'm very influenced by how immigration is in Spain. By the way, the picture caught my attention as soon as I saw the thumbnail. Congratulations! minush 0 Posted August 4, 2005 Well I feel a need to explain my self as way the pic is called IMMIGRANTS. I am one of the immigrants and I was trying to represent my way to US of A. Thanx the photographer Minush Krsniqi Link to comment
baerbel 0 Posted August 4, 2005 Very funny...'Three is a Crowd' might be an appropriate title as well, though I like yours. :) Link to comment
amalsircar 2 Posted August 5, 2005 Excellent rendering of an old saying-'packed like sardines". Though imigrants are smuggled in this way, but many un-privileged are compelled to live, all over the world, in this manner. Link to comment
steven_muller 0 Posted August 5, 2005 Actually not that original. Saw this 8 years ago when rolling stone showed this as an opener to an article about the band phish. Shot my mark seliger...http://www.markseliger.com/home.html Go to the "musicians" section of his site Link to comment
registered 0 Posted August 15, 2005 The drop shadow effect around the peeled lid is not lending to the realism of the image. If you notice, the drop shadowing on peeled lid overhangs the can on the right side too. I would not use a conventional drop shadow, rather than take the layer, use a brush and tint it manually to a shadow effect. Funny image. Link to comment
