Wow nice colours. The tree might have looked nicer dead centre in this case.

I really like this image. Originality is good and I like the placement of the tree in the crop - nicely off center. The colors and textures in the sky are great. I think you got hosed in the ratings. Ratings, however, are fickle and unpredictable. Anyway, nice work!

It's challenging to stalk and capture a good tree. Too often trees are lost in the forest. It is difficult to find a good tree that can be photographed clearly -- so I would rate this more higher for orginality than others did.
