billfoster 0 Posted October 28, 2005 A panorama of Naples, Italy, taken from Vomero. Mount Vesuvius is to the right and Capodimonte to the left. The mountains in the back are only visible a few days a year due to the heavy pollution. The clouds at their base are unique. I've never seen them before or since. You can also see the churches fairly well. In the large print, there are about 100 visible. The large green roof in the center with the cloister behind is the church of Santa Chiara nuovo.
