francesco m 0 Posted July 17, 2005 This is an amazing deep photo..the compositon is really conductive to contemplating the color represents desert so well, and the depth is added by the perspective! A masterpiece! FrancescoM Link to comment

clayton_m 4 Posted January 5, 2008 I find this a pleasing image but a few points seem distracting or lacking interest. For example, the placement of the man so far into the upper right corner seems awkward to me. Also there are so few elements of detail, contrast, or color, and the composition is extremely tight. This is probably by design, but I find it a bit too simplified. Respectfully, -Clayton Link to comment
cliverapier 0 Posted January 5, 2008 I understand Clayton's point of view. I think the placement of the man is acctually reasonable. but, an extra 10mm above and to the right of the man would make the picture better. The picture and its intent works well for me as the suttle shades make it a marvelous image. There is sufficent detail in the sand to make it a potential masterpiece!!!!!!!!!! Link to comment
