What an amazing place this is. Like the lighting in your scene and its compositional design.

Thanks to those who have given me feedback. Others, please give me feedback on this photograph. I noticed a few lower rates and I want to know what I can do to improve this. I want to get better. Is it too dark, too light, not composed strongly, etc.?

Don't worry about the low ratings. They are going to happen and you will never know why. Part of the deal around here. Lovely photo. It almost looks too nice. Good sense of distance. I might have gone for more of a pop in the colors, but I like vivid colors.

Peter, thanks for the critique. Whenever someone makes a suggestion I work with the photograph to see if I like what changes it would make. Tonight, I am going to saturate the colors a little bit and see what happens.

I don't comment that often, but just for the record that is a superb shot in good quality light of an iconic location. It may not set me on fire but there is not a lot that can be faulted, perhaps the lighting on the near trees, right corner is a little too strong when compared with the lighting on the distant mountain and as a consequence it draws the eye over to the right away from the landscape itself. A6 O5.

Ya this one is the real landscape, excellent light great sky, nicely done.

I think this is an excellent shot. I find the group of trees in the lower right to be a tad bit distracting, but overall very nice. I love the photos that invoke the "wish I was there" feeling.

I like the composition, the lighting, and the somewhat muted colors. The trees on the right do draw attention but I like the ballance they add to the mountian; maybe just a tad less bright. Nice photograph! 6/6
