david shelby 0 Posted July 7, 2005 The anemones in the background were under very low conditions. I had to use a flash to get the foreground,the photo was shot in an aquarium? I could have darkened the back ground,but liked the montage of color.I do see your perspective though.... smiles Link to comment

glenn_cummings1 6 Posted July 9, 2005 These are strawberry anemones, they are in the same class as coral and sea fans. They are poyps which attach themselves to rocks or pilings, many can slowly crawl to move to a new location. They feed on tiny animals and plankton which is caught with thier tentacles and moved to thier mouth in the center. Link to comment
