ying 0 Posted June 18, 2005 Yes, I think it is thunderstorm clouds, although the strong wind of that day eventually blew away all of them. Link to comment

rick_muller1 0 Posted June 18, 2005 Wonderful, both for the natural beauty as well as for the composition of the shot with the different intersecting angles. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 18, 2005 Very nice - I particularly like the slanting rock in front, and the addition of a figure helps lend a sense of scale, and adds interest. I tend to keep ppl out of my landscapes, but when I see it done well I tell myself next time I'll reconsider. You did a nice job here :) The one thing I'm wondering about is that there seems to be a slight tilt clockwise. I'm not positive because even the clouds don't offer conclusive proof, but I get a very definite sense of the image being tilted to the right. Still - nice job :) Link to comment
jason_roosa 0 Posted June 19, 2005 Really pretty. As for composition, maybe moving the person down a bit or the camera up and right so that the ridgeline is not interrupted by his hat. -J. Link to comment

wingell 0 Posted June 21, 2005 Very nice scene--I agree that perhaps shooting with the figure somewhat lower in the image might have improved it a bit. Well done, overall. 6/6 Link to comment
