I like the back light used with the flash. good work.

The more I look at this, the more I like it. There is definitely thought and planning behind this image. Refreshing. You could improve it by eliminating the distractions, the lights on the upper right and the white line near her hair. Also, her eyes look a little too soft.

Great subject, background should be out of focus.

Very nice placement of the subject, and great tones. I agree with Jack, though, it's a shame that the cars are in the shot, but it does give the picture a sense of spontaneity.
