Golden Gate at Sunrise

severely cropped, maxed out at 6x zoom--improvments? or ditch it?

ditch it and go back with a tele on an 8x10 camera, and then do a crop.

 

really nice image, but the noise is too much.

 

I like the scene, but the quality of the image is lacking to really allow this to have impact. It's very grainy and rather obscure.

terrific photo! For me among the colors and texture of the clouds especially the noise makes it work in the end. It moves it from an airline adish flair to a ... well beautiful image, to watch for some time. (don't get me wrong, the photo in itself is perfect as well)

will go back to the computer and work on the original.

I think chances of getting this photo again from an airliner are slim.

I agree that the grain is distracting ... also the top of the bridge may just be too small of the composition? Did you shoot any shots with a bigger lens to capture only one of the towers?
