The pose is too cliche and the model does not look at ease to me. She looks more expressive in her other pictures.

Great curve on her back but the whit on the left eye is drawing my attention.

I agree with comments about the cliche` pose and how uncomfortable the model looks. But I think what bothers me most about this photo (and your others like it) is the cluttered background. Perhaps adjusting and shallowing your depth of field would isolate the model.

Man, you must convince this lady to do some nude photos!! she is absolutely hot!! what is she doing wearing these taky shit? pull her to a studio and rock on the nude my friend!
