I knew that this was yours when I saw the thumbnail in the critique forum. You have developed a wonderful, personal style which I find very appealing. This is an honest portrait, full of character and detail.

I remember commenting on this one before, but don't quite remember what I said. I find it a warm, appealing shot. I'm curious what you say to strangers to get them to pose for you. I have a hard time asking people if I can take their picture, but I want to get to that point some day.

Howard- your use of available light is exceptional. I love the detail in the face and the pattern in the bandana. I, like Kim, would be interested in knowing, how the heck you get these people to allow you to take their picture?????

Exceptional shot Howard. Great amount of character in this. The beard and the bandana are great compliment sto each otehr. Works really well in B/W. Another "good eye" shot. Keep em coming.

Looks like this chap has a good sense of humour. Fantastic detail Howard, right down to his stuble marks. A classic.
