A good shot.. certainly a bit different one. I like the "timeless" feel it has. My only consern would be the darker area over the tree, wich i find a bit to prominent. Wonder if cropping most of it away would hurt the composition...im not shure..it might, because then some of the bottom needs to go too, and the cropping could get to tight. If cloning is an alternative...i might consider that....either way.. well done!
