I think the fish is over exposed but I mainly think that because I am soo jealous.

Looks really good, but I would say IMHO that the fake background looks a little bit, well, fake. The cut on the curve of the back is a little to sharp, and the drop of water on the end of the bill could have some blue reflecting, or showing through it, to show that the water is actually behind it, it may also help to reduce the contrast of the background slightly. It's beaufiful shot anyways, and i'm sure most people wouldn't see these things.

Great framing, beautiful colors, excellent posing on the model's behalf. :-) Good use of the cropping to enhance the subject as well.
