Beauty on the Beach

Jim, Perhaps you are going for a particular mood in this shot(?), but I don't think the large graininess works here. You lost the soft depth you captured so well in "A pensive moment". Respectfully, Jerry

I too think the grain is too large on this. she has a beautiful woman with a wonderful expression. in the thumbnail size, this is a wonderful photo.

OK, how's this? Just about halved the grain in PS. Just playing around with it trying for a different "pushed" look.

Jim, the whole photo is too grey for my taste. I did a quick level correction to show the posibilities.

I like Paul's quick correction. I can now tell your model is wearing an angora sweater. I prefer the finer grain for this very well composed portrait.
