Very interesting effect, but I feel confused as to the meaning of the gesture or the facial expression. Maybe I feel it is aggressive and I am not sure how to reconcile that with the "rape victim" title. Is this the "victim" being aggressive and threatening? Role reversal?

In the multitude of emotions, anger and hate are some of those felt, yes. Does it do well in expressing, or is there a lack of emotion?

I think this works very well. The emotion is not over the top and leaves some to the imagination. I see someone who's "had enough" in her expression. The DOF is great and the crop works well.
