that? I tried also to show the rays of the sun in the pics, how is

Indeed, the scenery is fantastic. You had a good idea in giving some "depth" to the image having the black peak in the foreground: having more than a "plane" usually helps these shots.

 

I think that adding lots of sky on top of the mountain range is not a good idea, since it tends to make the mountains look smaller. Usually it helps to have less than 1/2 of the frame full of sky... maybe just 1/3 or even more.

 

Another thing you might want to try is to shot at different hours. Here the sun is coming too much from the top, it's too close to midday, and this washes out a bit the colours and does not pull out all the features of the rock and the ice. Usually early in the morning or late in the afternoon give a better effect.

 

Moreover, using a polariser and shooting with the sun in your side rather than above you and in front of you, will make your mountain shots look crispier and more impressive.
