The edge of Light
A rocky plateau about a third of the way up Torridons Tom na Gruigach in the Highlands of Scotland provides a welcome respite from a remarkably step ascent. The plateau is littered with boulders that contrast quite starkly with the ruddy colour of the grass on a November afternoon. However it was the view behind of Loch Torridon being peppered with ladders of light that filled me with wonder. Careful placement of a 0.6ND grad filter ensured a balanced exposure. Please feel free to visit my website for some other recent uploads, Transient light, There are some superb new shots at Timecatcher too.
