rquesada 0 Posted March 30, 2005 This swallow kept returning to the same spot. Thank you for viewing and if I'm lucky, your comments ;-) Regards, Link to comment
stevespencer 0 Posted March 30, 2005 This is quite a capture. What are the odds of having this exact scene in front of our lens? I would think it's a pretty rare shot. Also well focused and framed/cropped. I like also the bokeh. -s Link to comment
glwalker 0 Posted March 30, 2005 great capture - bet it's beautiful uncompressed. The turn of the head and angle of both tail and feather make a very graceful shape -love the pattern of highlights in the background too. Link to comment
cappoldt 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Indeed a moment to be caught with a camera! I think you should level the post, though. I can see why you'd want the feather on that angle, but the crooked post makes it a little awkward for me. Overhead (midday?) light didn't help this one, either- a little fill flash would have brought out the eye and side feathers. Great catch! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 2, 2005 This is what cams are for, catching great moments such as these. Panic usually sets in too and later is all the retospect, woulda, coulda, shoulda...to catch the perfect moment with the perfect aestetics must be extremly rare...this is very decent grab with a small wish list so 6/7 Link to comment
rquesada 0 Posted April 4, 2005 Thanks for your kind comments to S, Greg, Tamtam, Christopher and Paul. S, what is bokeh? Christopher, I hadn't noticed the crooked post, which was actually like that. Regards, Roberto Link to comment
bekster 0 Posted April 8, 2005 I'm not sure how to tell if the shot is level or not, maybe the posture or balance of the bird, but for me it don't matter, I like the composition and content. Very nicely done! Link to comment
oscar_arias 0 Posted April 20, 2005 It looks like the bird is singing to a blured crowd. The bird is posing for you. This one is a great shot bobby. Link to comment
