Tulips

Please critique

Good composition. I think it might be improved if the leaf were not in fromt of the center tulip.

I'm a sucker for tulips. They make wonderful images, and this is such a one. I'm inclined to agree that the leaf is distracting as is the fact that the lower left is lighter. I find myself being drawn away from the central bloom. OTOH, you could just crop it all out and end up with a near square.

Love the composition and the soft light you chose: elegant and appealing.

May I ask, what is the PS midnight filter you're speaking of, it's not in my PS CS filter list?
