erin.e 0 Posted March 6, 2005 Just a rather friendly and interesting young woman I walked past in the street. Comments and critiques welcome as always. Link to comment
vladhed 0 Posted March 6, 2005 Excellent spontaineous portrait - shallow DOF with background is good because it isn't distracting but not completely eliminated either - the chainlink fencing is somehow apropos context. You seemed to have setup a good rappore given her expression. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted March 7, 2005 Good exposure - the face is just right even though the black Goth gear and the light background must have been a challenge for either you or the camera's light meter! A nice natural pose and the curve of her body helps too. She looks a charming person though I'm not sure I want to know what the hand signals mean! Link to comment
blago 0 Posted March 11, 2005 Why "gothic", Erin? I'm finding her image typical for a modern girl. Remembers me of this Vuk's picture. A "new globoculture" (Vuk) or an " adventure seeker on an empty street" (Freddie Mercury) who wants it all and wants it now ? The only thing I want is to "replace" the bottle of coke with a bottle of mineral water (the latest scream of globoculture). :-) Very indicative and interesting capture. Regards.
