Nice lighting. However, the few stray hairs over her shoulder are distracting.

Before I saw Ed's comment above, my second thought was that the stray hairs are distracting. My first thought is that this is a very nice detail portrait. Good use of strong, directional light; black-and-white serves you well here. Very pleasing photo.
