a. simpson 0 Posted February 22, 2005 Very interesting place! I like that you took a long shot, so that we can see it is at the bottom of a lot of hills, and a "valley" . I also like the colors and tones. How does it look in b & W? -Allenda Link to comment
matthew_ennor 0 Posted February 22, 2005 Love this loads. If I lived there I would yell my lungs out just to hear my voice echo. It's great that a photo can make me think that, thank you. :) Link to comment
marian_juskuv 0 Posted February 23, 2005 As picture from my grandma box. Nice, indeed. Did you shot in sepia mode? I like it. Link to comment
mathias_graf 0 Posted February 23, 2005 Wonderful colours and interesting composition. My only comment would be that the image seems a bit truncated at the bottom. It would be nice to see the road a little further away from the edge of the frame, making it leads into/out of the frame more naturally. Link to comment

salvatore.mele 1 Posted February 25, 2005 I like the way everything blends together, here. The houses, the roofs, the trees, and even the rock and snow, they all have the same tones and suggest harmony, indeed. I have a small remark about the composition. As it is, you have a bend in the road which is innatural and does not help leading the eye into the picture: if one starts from the left, one ends up ionto the strucutre on the bottom rather than in the tree and therefore in the main section of the road. I would suggest you crop a bit off the bottom, so to remove the strucutre on the bottom and have the road going sort of straight throught the frame. It will not start anymore from the bottom corner, but it will flow more naturally through the picture. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 17, 2005 Lovely photo with earth colors and sepia reflections too. Great DOF and I loved that fog in the deep background. Bravo ! Link to comment
