paula grenside 0 Posted February 12, 2005 image and perfect choice for B&W. The boards seem there to keep up the wall more than the door. I also like the "signs" of life nature inserted in the fissures. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 13, 2005 I'd like to see just a splash of color in an otherwise monochrome image. If the plants growing in the wall were green, and everything else remained as it is, I think the image would e stronger. Link to comment
stephaniesaniga 0 Posted February 14, 2005 I like it just as it is. The detail and the contrast are excellent. It could be the gate to heaven, really, with the cross left at the door. Link to comment
Link to comment
Link to comment
:). En cualquier caso, muy bien tomada. Link to comment
jfochoa 0 Posted February 15, 2005 Thanks for your comments! Glen... as Stephanie said "I like it just as it is" :-) Luis... tengo prestada de Coco una Hasselblad 500C/M con un Planar de 80 y un Distagon de 50mm, con posibilidad de compra ?como ves? ;-) Link to comment
Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted February 15, 2005 Espectacularmente bonita foto, Fer. A mi me gustan muchísimo esos tonos duros y casi negros. Link to comment
Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted February 8, 2006 An evocative B&W full of detail for the eye to wander over. The boards against the door are especially intriguing. The texture of the stone is lovely. One suggestion: I feel the real interest of the image lies in the door and the surrounding wall. The very top seems to weigh down on the door and rob it of emphasis. Perhaps the image would be more effective if the top 25% were cropped off, along the line in the wall above the door. Link to comment
