Shiny balls

Is there any way I could crop this picture to improve?

 

I have tried various crops, it is pretty tight already...

 

Picture was taken at Carneval in Venice -its a photographers dream

Great idea nicely executed, down to the way you've tucked yourself into the shadow of that building. As for cropping - go back and get yourself a bit more frame on the left to play with!

Here it is a sample of how to transform a very unoriginal subject (Venezian carnival masks) in a great and very original shot!

 

I would like to have thise ideas sometimes........

 

PS: how did you convinced the model to strike that pose in the confusion of those days?

Very interesting frame. I can't see any help with cropping to improve this image because

1) the circular mirror is important and

2) the hand provides the necessary perspective to the subject .. girl in the mirror

 

My suggestion is to change to darker colour glove so that it is not so reflective as to distract the subject matter.

 

Just my humble opinion. I like this setting anyway. Thanks for sharing.

One thing that just struck me about this image is the depth of field. Look at the sleeve -it's out of focus, yet the persons face is in focus... How can that be?? It must be an optical effect of the curved mirror surface in some way enhancing DOF in the reflection...
