dankimbrough 0 Posted October 2, 2001 I'm just starting to get heavily into photography, and am looking for a little feedback. Link to comment
roger_wesson 0 Posted October 2, 2001 The rusty bridge and the greenery have a lovely contrast between them, but I think there's too much out of focus in this shot. Everything in focus might work, but I think just a bit more of the foreground in focus would help a lot. Hope that helps, Link to comment
daniela_machuca 0 Posted October 2, 2001 I like the color contrast between the bridge and the vegetation. However, too much of this photo is out of focus, it kind of makes me dizzy. I think it would work better if you changed the angle so the portion that is in focus takes up more space in the frame. Link to comment
squirrelman 0 Posted October 3, 2001 I agree with the above two comments. Try increasing depth of field with a higher F Stop, bright light conditions, and move back a little. You can get away with a soft background, but not one as out of focus as this one. Link to comment
eric_farrow 0 Posted October 3, 2001 Good framing, just increace the Depth of Field area. Link to comment
markcarp 0 Posted November 25, 2001 If you still want this look, try changing the focal point. It looks like you focused on the second plane of the close girder, instead of the closest surface. It doesn't look vertical, either, so increasing the DOF just a touch would get the whole surface in focus top to bottom. Otherwise the bottom or top might go out. Link to comment
