Guest Guest Posted February 2, 2005 What...no high art with crotch's and beer cans??? Link to comment
markboyer 0 Posted February 2, 2005 What . . . no blood dripping from the chicken claws! Why David, I do believe you're lapsing into sentimentality. I may need to revert to Woody Allen for a hero figure. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 2, 2005 Mark, I haven't dealt with blood.... YET... but it is planned. In view of your disappointment I have changed the title for you. I hope I still remain on your hero list! Link to comment
markboyer 0 Posted February 2, 2005 I accept the title change in the spirit in which it was offered. You are restored to hero status. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 2, 2005 ...and a 8 for extreme orginality.I wish I had the same (creative) pepper in my soul. Anyway : I love this photo of yours. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 3, 2005 Loft, You may not have a creative pepper in your soul but you have a creative something in there. I hope that you know this! Thanks. Lota, A lot of my photographs are taken to amuse. I do happen to like this one. It is good to know others like it too. Thanks for your comment! Link to comment
stephengalea 0 Posted February 3, 2005 David i like this image...Just slightly more soft shadows and maybe more from the top would create a greater impact.... Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 3, 2005 Thanks for the comment G. The hard shadow(s) were deliberate although I would agree, only one would have been better. I did want to convey the image of the 'prey' being descended upon. Shooting from a higher vantage point may have worked. Thanks for looking. Link to comment
nacivet 0 Posted February 4, 2005 David, you are misleading us, and this is not acceptable from you. Dear all: The reall story behind this shot, is; David took a snap shot on a lady's hands, rushing to grab caviar in one of this buffet where only interesting people are invited.(David was not invited he just manage to sneak in to witness) She could have been more discreet by using the tiny spoon. Yes you can see it at the right bottom corner of the picture!!!(did you miss that detail David ?) Funny she doesn't have any jewellry on her fingers!! David....? Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 4, 2005 I have to confess Jean-Paul, I don't quite understand your comment. "Old lady grabbing the caviar..." I get that. The rest is lost on me. Very amusing though. I will respond to your comments on my other pictures a little later. Thanks a lot. Link to comment
andrey1 0 Posted February 8, 2005 Hehe, that looks like healthy eating anti-advertisement: "Dun't furget sum brocc'li with me!" Pretty nasty, good job! ;) PS: Roast beef + ketchup and beer for ever! :) Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 9, 2005 Thanks Andrey, Just a bit of fun! I hope it doesn't put you of broccoli. Link to comment
dominiquedodge 0 Posted July 3, 2005 From now on, when I see these feet on sale at my local supermarket (I live in Malaysia) I'll be thinking of this photo! Not one you forget quickly, or is it? Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted July 3, 2005 I have a thing about chicken's feet. This was a very difficult shot for me to take. You see a lot of chickens' feet in Malaysia. You may be thinking of me a lot. Thanks again. Link to comment
