Late Afternoon, Alaska

After a half hour slog in waist deep snow, I parked my snow shoes

and back pack. The sun cleared for the first time of the day, it was

2:00PM. I stacked two Grad. Split. ND filters to bring out the

stream, and pushed the exposure one stop.

Great and dramatic in B&W!

I'm torn between the two. I like how the snow in the foreground leads the eyes up into the image, but then in the cropped version I like the tightness of it.
