The image was taken on the platform of a MRT station in Taipei in a beautiful afternoon. The sunset was so bright as the train passed by in front of an elegant lady.

Wonderful creation... the key to shots like this is not so much the effect, or the extent to which the image is blurred, but attention to other elements such as composition and lighting - both of which are effectively combined here. 5/5.

i like this shot, but dont like lower part of it..
