The Only suggestion I would have here is to either include her entire head, or crop closer in. As is, it feels like it was accidental.

I do not quite get the title, the guitar and the model's pose together.

It can be difficult to come up with a title some times because we carry with us the lifetime of little experiences that link certain activities or moments with a mood that cannot be conveyed to those who do not know them. I must appologize for this. She is strongly reminded of her childhood when she plays gutar, and her family is 8000 miles away from her now. So it is not uncommon given these facts that she feels at times alone and lonely, not just for her family, but for a memory of how family once was. A slice of time that we can never get back, but may pine for whistfully from time to time.
