I know in Glasgow we have people living on the streets, some of whom have no right to claim benefits, no right to housing and no right to work. Non people. Wouldn't it be great if they were all just scam artists.

nice. you don't have to see the woman's face to know that she must be a beggar woman. If it was a woman who had just fallen i'm sure the faces of the mother and children would have been quite different. very good story-telling. nice moment.
