I thought it was a ride or some sort from the thumbnail. Great night shot. I like the postitions and lighting of the posts and the smoke comming out of them.....strange.. but nice! I dont think you`ll lose much if you crop the plaque at the bottom. :0)

Thie image is very very well realized and i am not going to add nothing on the tecnical point of view, i am just curios to know more about the structure that recalls (to me) the propeller some old river boat had!

It is. It looks like a memorial to steamboats or something. I grew up in Cincy but I don't remember anything like this. Anyway, fine image, Anthony. It certainly grabbed me. Very well realized.

No, not infrared. The lights from the city (right side of photo) combined with a cloudy sky give it the 'orange' look. Probably doesnt help that my WB is slightly off.

This is a memorial to the old riverboats that navigated the Ohio river and the poles represent the steam/smoke stacks.

Dave, this memorial is relatively new, so unless you were here in 2001 or 02, you wouldnt have seen it.

I appreciate the compliment. The color is really nothing more than an incorrect white balance setting which I typically use on most of my night shots. Adds some life. Best regards, AJ
