Hey, Benjamin!! Long time no see! :-) So ... what TIME of day was this taken? Noon? I like it ... the colors at the horizon are wonderful. The trees silhouetted against the sky ... very nice! Regards!

Hi! Not sure when I'm coming back to Alaska. I'm really NOT interested in doing a cruise. That seems to be the only thing that everyone else IS interested in. My thoughts are to come out some "spring" (during our spring break ... I'm a teacher) and fly into Fairbanks. They say that the Aurora's best viewing times are often March and September. I know that there are no guarantees ... but it would be really wonderful to see (and shoot?) the Aurora. But it won't be this coming March, as I have some other things going on. It will always be there in the back of my mind! In the meantime, you'll have to keep taking me back there in your pictures. :-D
