I like much of your b/w work. The only problem I see is that some very good shots are ruined because of lack of sharpness. I have often found this to be a problem in my own b/w's. You have a great eye for story telling.

What does this photograph say to you? What in your opinion works and

I like it, as you say it needs more contrast but the idea is great

I like the angle you've chosen here. It is like someone is passing by him by can't get a clear look because no one wants to stare. You have to stop and look to figure out where his head is, what he's doing....is he sleeping? dead? Do I know him? Could that be me someday? The softness doesn't bother me as it fits in with the rest of your images...which I enjoyed looking through by the way. You have a distinct style and interpretation of your environment.
