seven 0 Posted December 11, 2004 This is an excellent extract from Nature. Great time. Technically, did you work the greens LR or is that dof? Just wonder if it wouldn't be easier on the eye if they were burned down to brown/ near black. There's a strong shadow from your light source (flash I presume?) that could be dodged. Perhaps warm the tones slightly.Realise that sounds a bit negative, not meant thus. I like it, and congratulate you for being there to capture a superb moment. Regards, Seven. Link to comment
marksusa 0 Posted December 11, 2004 Thank you so much for commenting. I really do appreciate it. The greens at lower right are fuzzy due to dof. I only did standard PS processing on this image, other than removing a shadow under mother bird's beak. Now that you've mentioned it, I will dodge the shadows and warm the tones a bit.
