Guest Guest Posted December 17, 2004 I can't decide if I prefer this version or the color version. They "feel" so different. I love the simplicity of the composition. I'm not sure if you shot this purely for aesthetics or to convey a thought or message. The beauty in humble simplicity, fading beauty, fragility, The flowers all facing different directions-going their own way, I'm sure the reflection of only two of the three flowers might hold some meaning (or you wanted to avoid an even number). I could go on. Perhaps my imagination is in overdrive. It's been a long day. Technically I like your treatment of the image. I'm wondering what the lighter bands are on the right side.
